It may not look like much now, but once I put legs on it and turn it into a really cool bench, you'll understand the value of driftwood.
Although Tagg, who pulled it from the rocky beach behind our house before someone else could! will verify it's unlikely something this heavy will drift much.
I'm feeling pretty lucky that we received this kind gift and no destruction.
At least I was feeling special until I saw what the first Nor' Easter of the year brought the neighbors!
